Pipetting Systems

Seyonic has developed a unique technology for accurate contactless dispensing of nanoliter quantities of liquid. A miniature flow sensor allows real-time measurement and control of aspirated and dispensed volumes. Next to a high accuracy this technology provides a continuous monitoring of system functionality for added reliability and performance verification.

Seyonic provides OEM Pipetting systems for integration onto Laboratory Equipment Manufacturer’s automated platforms.

Pipetting heads have been designed to address the needs of low volume HTS, reagent dispensing, protein crystallization, as well as for clinical diagnostic applications requiring reporting and validation at micoliter to mililiter ranges. High precision, reliability and complete volumetric validation are achieved by using a MEMS flow sensor real-time volume measurement and feeback control independent of the sample liquid properties

Standard pipetting systems are readily available in 8-Channel and single-Channel versions. Other configurations are available on a OEM basis.

8-Channel Pipettor

All systems provide real-time measurement, reporting and validation of aspirated and dispensed volumes.

From nanoliter to mililiter pipetting, the systems share the same architecture, allowing OEM customers to perform a one-time integration and be able to choose the dispensing head suited to the end-user requirements.
